Add the following — in order of volume of ingredient — largest volume at top of list:
Cook using small quantity of water. Either cook for 3-4 hours at low heat (original recipe), or pressure cook for 30-45 minutes (my adaptation). Either run through grinder of Norwalk Juicer, or blend in food processor or blender and strain to remove leek fibers. Serve warm.
